1pm -4pm, Free Mills Oakland Writers Workshop Mills College, Mills Hall, Room 318 5000 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland CA 94613 Please join us for this generative writing workshop that will be framed around ancestral mythology. Everyone has ancestors that have provided the path for us to be here today; we carry their DNA and intergenerational synchronicities. We will explore the significance of place, nature, personal mythology, and the ways that upon reflection, lineage shows up in our lives. We will reach back and forward while exploring both shadow and light. We will create, rewrite and embody our own personal mythologies. Note: This writing workshop is open to all types and levels of writers.
